William, “Artisan” saddler and manager of the HUARD BELLOIR SELLIER company, grandnephew of Alain Belloir of the BELLOIR saddlery in Saumur. He is a custom saddler, saddle dealer and does leather repairs on bridles, saddle bags, etc.
